You can use some cardio videos with less space than you may think, but if you do not at least make some room to move around in, you will never attain any of your exercise goals, and that's a crying shame. The first step of your cardiovascular workout is really setting a time, clearing out a space, and psyching your-self up. Don't expect immediate success from using your cardio videos. It will be hard work. But if you keep at it, within a month you will see major changes. Who knows this could be your call to a career in personal training.
